Turnkey Africa Limited is a leading Pan-African insurance technology and services provider. They develop, supply and manage end-to-end insurance software solutions and services for the insurance industry. Turnkey is currently exploring developing a solution that will enable freelance insurance agents to sell insurance policies from different insurers from anywhere.

The scope of work included conducting a user research study to uncover the needs, aspirations, and constraints of the their target users, insurance agents. They also wanted to understand the environment the insurance agents operate in, in order to build products that have a higher chance of success, once in market.

There was also a debrief with stakeholders to share the learnings, co-design a solution and settle on the Minimum Viable Product to prototype, for which mockups were provided.
